Winter 2009

Cold weather, snow, ice, and more can be a recipe for disaster if you have not properly maintained your vehicle. Imagine a broken belt or overheating radiator. These will leave you stranded for quite some time as you wait on the tow truck to arrive. Being unable to run your engine for heat will make it seem like an eternity as the temperature drops rapidly and you begin to feel the chill. Always have a wool hat, blanket or sleeping bag, gloves, extra winter jacket, snacks and water in your vehicle. In the rare chance that you do breakdown and have to wait for an unusually long time, you will have some food to keep the hunger pangs away and warm clothing to make the wait more bearable.

Avoid your luck at a breakdown by doing the proper seasonal maintenance now.
